BinaryRoots & Ayka Consulting at PPCC 2026 | Booth #433

What is PPCC?
The Power Platform Community Conference (PPCC) is a leading community-driven event for professionals building, governing, and scaling solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
PPCC 2026 brings together makers, developers, IT professionals, consultants, and business leaders for real-world learning across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Copilot, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
Sessions and hands-on workshops are led by Microsoft product experts and experienced community practitioners, providing practical guidance that attendees can apply within their own organizations.
Attendees come to deepen their technical skills, learn proven governance and adoption strategies, explore new capabilities, and connect with others solving similar business and technology challenges.
For organizations investing in Microsoft platforms, PPCC provides an opportunity to learn from real-world experiences, understand what is changing across the ecosystem, and connect with the people designing and delivering solutions every day.
Since its launch in 2022, the Power Platform Community Conference has grown into one of the leading global gatherings for the Microsoft Power Platform community.
In 2026, PPCC once again brings the Microsoft community together in Las Vegas, creating a space for learning, collaboration, and conversations around what comes next for Power Platform and the broader Microsoft business applications ecosystem.

What Can We Help You With?
We help organizations design and deliver solutions across:
- Power Platform and Business Process Automation
- Dynamics 365 and CRM
- Microsoft 365 and Modern Work
- SharePoint and Collaboration
- Copilot and AI-powered Agents
- Microsoft Fabric, Analytics, and Data
- Azure and Enterprise Integration
- Custom Application Development and Modernization
Our approach is business-centric.
We start by understanding the problem, identifying the pain points, and discussing the business requirements before selecting the technology.
From there, we determine the right architecture and build solutions that are practical, scalable, maintainable, and easy to adopt.
BinaryRoots provides end-to-end support, from solution design and implementation through deployment, adoption, integration, and post-go-live support.
Conversations We’d Like to Have at PPCC 2026
If you’re attending PPCC 2026, we’d love to hear about the business and technology challenges you’re currently working through.
Automating Manual Business Processes with Power Platform
Maybe a critical business process still depends on Excel files, emails, repetitive data entry, and manual approvals.
Power Apps and Power Automate can help bring those activities into a structured process while connecting with the systems your organization already uses. The opportunity is not simply to digitize the existing process, but to understand where the friction is and redesign the experience before automating it.
From our work: Attendance, Leave & HR Automation
For a global insurance provider, we delivered an attendance, leave, and HR self-service solution using Microsoft Teams and Power Platform. Employees could access attendance and HR processes from Teams and mobile devices, while approvals were automated and the solution integrated with SAP payroll.
Choosing Power Platform vs. Custom Development
Not every application needs to be custom-built, and not every requirement belongs on a low-code platform.
The right choice depends on the complexity of the process, required user experience, integration landscape, scale, security requirements, maintainability, and long-term product roadmap.
Our role is to understand those requirements first and then determine whether Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure, custom development, or a combination of technologies is the right architectural fit.
From our work: Different Problems, Different Architectures
For one workplace requirement, we built a responsive meeting-room availability and booking solution using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and calendar integration.
For another requirement, a behavioural assessment platform needed a public web experience, configurable questionnaires, automated PDF generation, payments, and scalable APIs. That solution used a custom React application, SharePoint, Azure Functions, Azure storage, and Stripe.
Both solved business problems effectively, but the architecture was selected around the requirement rather than forcing every problem onto the same platform.
Modernizing Legacy Business Applications
Maybe your organization is still relying on an application that is expensive to maintain, difficult to integrate, poorly adopted, or dependent on outdated technology.
Modernization does not automatically mean rebuilding the same application on newer technology.
Sometimes the right answer is to modernize it. Sometimes it is to replace it, redesign it, consolidate it, or retire it entirely.
From our work: Replacing a Legacy Assessment Platform
We developed a new behavioural assessment platform to replace a costly third-party legacy tool. The solution introduced a self-service administration experience, a mobile-friendly public survey, automated assessment scoring, personalized PDF generation, and optional payment processing.
The result was a fully owned and customizable platform built using Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies rather than continuing to depend on the legacy product.
Getting More Value from Microsoft 365
Many organizations already have Microsoft 365 but are still not realizing its full potential.
Information may remain fragmented, collaboration may still happen through long email chains, employees may struggle to find the right content, or legacy intranet experiences may see limited adoption.
Getting more value from Microsoft 365 is often less about adding another tool and more about creating a connected digital workplace around how people actually need to work.
From our work: Enterprise Digital Workplace
For a global technical ship-management company supporting a highly dispersed workforce, we created a modern SharePoint Online intranet to replace a low-adoption legacy environment.
The solution provided a centralized communication and information hub, structured information architecture, news and community capabilities, and responsive access designed for employees working across different locations, devices, and connectivity conditions.
Using Copilot & AI Agents in Business Processes
Maybe you’re evaluating where Copilot, conversational AI, or AI-powered agents can create meaningful value within your organization.
The conversation should go beyond simply adding a chatbot.
The bigger opportunity is connecting AI with trusted enterprise knowledge, business processes, permissions, workflows, and the systems employees already use.
From our work: Conversational AI Support Assistant
For a global nonprofit organization, we delivered a conversational AI assistant embedded within SharePoint. The solution retrieves answers from the organization’s knowledge base and can automatically create Freshdesk support tickets when questions require additional assistance.
This brought knowledge retrieval, employee support, escalation, and the existing digital workplace together instead of introducing another disconnected tool.
